This is the first time I write in the forum, but the question is that I ask for support since the additional configuration of Radeon Crimson does not open and I need to open it to configure the dual graphics of my APU A10-7850K, I recently put it to my pc A Gigabyte R7 250 2gb, but when I opened the additional Radeon configuration, I did not see the option of Dual Graphics, as I did not appear, I uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled to try to solve the problem, but when I opened the Crimson configuration, it did not open The extra options and I leave with a warning message.

If you need more information to help me, my PC will be configured with:

Windows 10 Pro 64 bits

A10-7850K

Gigabyte F2A88XM-D3H

Gigabyte AMD Radeon R7 250 2gb DDR3OC edition

SSD PNY CS1311 120gb

Seagate Barracuda 1tb

Update: Now it opens, but I do not see the perfomance option to control the dual graphics

The Dual Graphics toggle in now available under Radeon Settings > Gaming > Global Settings > AMD CrossFire.

Can you post a screenshot from GPU-Z showing your R7 250?

The R7 250 Cape Verde (512 ShAders) is not compatible with Dual Graphics. You need the R7 250 Oland version which features 384 Shaders.
