Drivers

So CoD kicks me tells me to update drivers.  Open Adrenaline, click on download, and 4% then nothing for 10 minutes.  Huh.  Short of the long, I have spent the last 2 days trying to update the drivers.  I managed to download autodetect 1 time and run it.  Either get a 1603 or a 195 or get told that needed web services aren't available.  I have run the AMD cleanup more times than I care to admit.  So, here I sit with no adrenaline, an autodetect that wont run and every time I try to direct download it hits 20ish megs and stops then times out.  Can someone please explain to me why I let someone talk me into getting an AMD this time?

Plus no information at all to help you with concerning your PC hardware and software.

Ryzen 7 3700, RX 5700 , windows 10 64 up to date,

Firewall off, antivirus off, software protection set to minimum

AMD cleanup ran several times.

Errors ` 1603` , 195, and just plain stopping.

Thanks.

Concerning AMD Error 1603: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-kb1603

and AMD Error 195: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-kb195

As far as Error 195 see if someone else in your area is able to download drivers from AMD. This will either eliminate AMD Server being offline due to maintenance or your PC as the culprit.

This website gives some good Troubleshooting tips on how to solve AMD error 1603. Don't download and use its "Recommended" software.  The tips are valid though.: https://appuals.com/fix-amd-error-1603/

As instructed from above link run DDU in Safe Mode with the Internet disconnected and deleting AMD Installation folder C:\AMD.
