Driver update causes external monitor to not work

I searched for a new driver update for my graphics driver and after updating it , it ended up on making nothing show up on my external monitor since my laptops screen is broken , can someone help me get to roll back my graphics driver using only key board ? Please this is my only hope to fix this problem

no problem dear there are solutions using keyboard first:

turn off your laptop

power it on

press F8 immediately when booting to enter windows recovery options and select "safe mode" ("safe mode" phrase displays in the four edges of the screen)

from computer management go to devices manager

select your display and select proprieties then rollback driver

There's a problem , i have a broken screen , how do you expect me to do all of that stuff , can to you tell me like "after u get here press the down arrow keys 3 times or whatever ?

Edit : i have a laptop screen is broken also this new graphics driver update caused my external monitor to not work  if I try to get to device manager I can but after that I don't know what keys to press to roll back to the old driver , if anyone could tell me how many times I have to press the arrow keys and the tab keys it would help
