After enabling my vega 8 graphics driver after 5 seconds I get screen like that and it repeats all the time 5 seconds its normal 5 seconds like this how can I fix it ,if I disable the driver it works normal but none of the games works withoud graphics driver .
i could be wrong, but i think i read somewhere its a problem with HDCP. you have to disable it in radeon settings.
