As of a few driver revisions ago the Adrenalin driver broke compatibility with a mod many people used with the game Alien Isolation called "Alias Isolation". This mod injected TAA into the game completely fixing the games extremely subpar anti-aliasing options.

I'm not sure what inside the Adrenalin driver broke the mod but the issue is extremely low GPU usage which results in very poor FPS, Using a 6950XT I see very poor performance, Usually 20% GPU Usage.
For comparison I tried it on an Nvidia 2080 Ti with their latest driver and it works no problem.
