I'm using a 7900 XTX, An Intel(R) Core i9-13900KF and 64GB of Ram (Win 10 Pro).
 
When using OBS and Total War: Warhammer III together it crashes the AMD driver, making live streaming that game impossible.

Both OBS and Total War: Warhammer III work fine on their own.
Where can I get help to resolve this issue?

Always list your power supply make/model as well as your other components .. that helps the community know what we're dealing with to better help you to troubleshoot your issue(s)

Is your motherboards BIOS up to date?

Do you have the latest Intel chipset drivers installed from Intel.com?

Are you running separate power cables from your power supply to each power input on your GPU?

Is your Windows install up to date?

Yes, the BIOS is okay.
There are no newer drivers for the Intel Chipset.
Yes, the GPU has been plugged in correctly.
Windows is also up to date.

I'm running 1000W BeQuiet PSU.
