if you have a driver already installed go into your windows settings, Apps and uninstall anything AMD Graphic related.
Download Driver Uninstaller and use it in safe mode in windows. and unintstall further AMD GPU Drivers.
Restart windows normally, your screen may loom funny, wait until you can get to downloads and reinstall the driver you stated above. Dont forget to restart once installation is done.
