I encountered such a problem, when installing the driver on the RX580 MSI Armor Fps becomes 20-50 and is very unstable, but when I start with a driver that automatically sets Windows to a good high Fps, but sometimes the monitor goes out and the cooler works at 100%, I also tried installing more old drivers but the problem with Fps still does not go away, I tried a clean installation via DDU and it also does not help
