I bought a new laptop with an integrated video core and a discrete graphics card. The problem is that I'm dull and I can’t figure out how to transfer a laptop to a discrete graphics card in games since vega 3 is used

Also most likely your laptop manufacturer Support site will have instructions on specific laptop models to use switchable graphics.

Doesn't work tried all the steps and still I am unable to use my R7 m260 

My laptop still only defaults to my r5

The 'switchable' function has been removed from the graphics drivers for Win10 starting with the new 'Adrenalin 2020'. The option is now located under  'Display' of your computer...."Graphics'.
