Custom resolution creating a line in the middle of screen when I choose max hz on any game.

So I created a new resolution (1728x1080) , when I change the resolution in a game and choose 144hz it makes a line in the middle of the screen but if I change the game refresh rate to 120hz for example it disappears .
120hz on the left and 144hz on the right

After one year I found a fix, been having the same issue and the temporary fix was using 120hz as you said, but all you have to enable is gpu scaling in the amd software and The overlapping is gone!

As you can see I have this 3 options as this:

Super res : Enabled

Gpu scaling: Enabled

Scale mode: Full screen

And now i can play stretched without that annoying line at full refresh rate.

Hope it helps!
