I am using the Custom Color feature to increase the saturation in Valorant. After locking the system using "Win+L" while the game is open and unlocking it afterwards, the saturation effect disappears. The custom color setting still shows the saturation I set, but it doesn't work anymore. After I switch the slider back and forth, it will work again. However, when I close the game, the filter I set for the game now applies globally to everything.
