Current Chipset Driver (4.03.03.431) | Energy management

When I installed the current chip-set driver (4.03.03.431), I left all available options checked, including power management, however I didn't see the creation of a new power plan.

In this sense, I would like to know if this energy management is automatic or if there is some way for us to have access to it to select it. I have been using the balanced energy plan.
