I have prepared a new computer for CATIA V5.
The CPU used 5900X.
Despite concerns from the surroundings, I decided to use it as AMD this time.
But there is also a problem.
The file opening CATIA V5 speed with PCI-E 4.0 SSD is slower than the previous one.
The update speed of modeling is also slow.
I checked a few things to find the problem.
Among them, it was found that the CPU speed remained below 5%. Even using only four cores.
Intel Core does not have a limit on the number of cores.
I want to know why AMD is restricted.
And if there is a solution, I want to know.
