COD MW3 FPS dropped after 23.12.1 driver update

After updating to the latest 23.12.1 driver has anyone noticed any dips in COD Modern Warfare 3 by around 30FPS or any other game for that matter?

Not experiencing low frames, but I am getting lag spikes after upgrading to 23.12.1. I can't tell for sure if its only related to the driver update or game, but quite a coincidence. 

Update:

Confirmed. After uninstalling drivers and installing 23.11.1 its now working perfectly fine again!
