Clock speed stuck at 1300 MHz after closing Doom Eternal (RX 570)

My GPU is Asus Strix RX 570 4GB
Driver version 22.5.1 (Up To Date)

After I'm done playing Doom Eternal and i close it, the GPU clock speed remains at maximum (1300 MHz) and the only way i can make it go back to normal behavior is to reboot my PC. I am using the latest drivers. It doesn't happen in three other games i tested but it does in Doom Eternal.

Is there a fix for this?

I'm also having the same problem on my MSI RX 570, doing some tests I found that this occurs in games running on DX12, when I switched to DX11 by setting a boot option it stopped. I emphasize that this is a bug in the driver.

How do i set this boot option?
