Clarification on status of Zenbleed patches

When the Zenbleed exploit was communicated in the middle of last year, AMD published a timeline for expected patches of the various chipsets, most of the consumer instances of which were December 2023. I can see no further information on this so its not clear to me whether this patch is yet available.

 

Does anybody have better information?

Really can't understand why AMD should leave their customers vulnerable for so long. They had a fix for servers months ago and it's not like the cores are different.

Once they finally have a fix, I understand it's available to be rolled out in a bios update from the PC manufacturer? What if the manufacturer doesn't do one?
