so trying to play mw3 and it won't load so went and checked my rx 6400 drivers they needed updated to run it and anything past 23.8.2 causes my pc not to work i can log in but I can't open any applications or turn off my pc unless i do it manually.
Ive also tried all the other driver updates beyond 23.8.2 and nothing works
