cant play D4

i have a fairly old gpu but ive never had a problem playing games. launching diablo 4 says i need to be running the latest driver version which is 21.5.2. i currently have 20.10.35.02. So downloaded adrenaline and it gives me a error code while installing which is error 182. from what i can gather from the report adrenaline is too new for my gpu now and they have pput the r9 series into legacy edition or something? is there a way for me to get this version to play the game without having to buy a new gpu?

I'm pretty sure it's a r9 270. Can't remember the prompt to go to the area to get the exact model.

Install GPU-Z, it may show exact model, or using its 'Lookup' function.
