For some reason i am unable to install the AMD chipset software & i am unable to find which chipset version i have

I download auto detect & install but i get the 182 error

I have the following hardware on my PC:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700G with Radeon Graphics

Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 TI

Motherboard:

Base board manufacturer: HP

Baseboard Product 8876

Baseboard Version 11

BIOS Version/Date: AMI F,11, 27/08/2021

When i go to device manager i dont see anything that says AMD Chipset under AMD SMBus it says driver version 5.12.0.38

Getting random mouse lags so we have been trying to find if anything is wrong with chipsets ive posted a message on the microsoft forum aswell am im using Windows 11

I anyone has any ideas i would be greatly welcomed

You can find the product specs on HP site.

A quick web search of 'hp 8876' suggests it is a HANNA (B550 chipset) motherboard.

But I have the ryzen 7  5700G as I showed above not Ryzen 5 5600x so I'm confused also tried auto detect program and that won't install when I choose that chipset it just has the drivers listed not the software.

When I click the processor I have which is ryzen 7 5700G the software under that won't install and I get the 182 error

So you tried getting the chipset driver from manual selection

and it won't install.

Then you may need to download/install from HP support.

I checked the AMD SBus and it seems to have the latest chipsets just can't load the general software when go to what you showed it gets to install section but the number of the chipsets are the same I have already on the pc

If you read the driver details & release notes they will mention changes, you will see some driver component changes, but not all will change version number.

Don't know what you mean by 'general software', may be if you read the 'error 182' article it might explain the reason for failure on your OEM HP custom model ?

Its the amd radeon adrenalin software that won't install even when I select the processor I have from that drop down list

Is it because I don't have a amd graphics is that why I can't install radeon adrenalin software
