Cannot install other version

hi, 

I currently using AMD Ryzen 7 4800H window 10 and AMD software Version 22.3.1. i cannot proceed other update because if i install other version, my system sound become like crack while i playing music , youtube  or other that make sound. the sound is like crack or broken speaker. i redo and using AMD software Version 22.3.1 and all sound become normal. any suggestion to fix this?

What is the exact Make & Model of your Laptop or All-in-one PC.

Is your laptop's OEM AMD VGA driver very out-dated? Like over a year old? If so try installing AMD newest (23.3.1) basic mobile VGA driver and see if it works better or not: https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/amd-ryzen-processors/amd-ryzen-7-mobile-processors-radeon-graphic...

i already try clean installation also not working. if not mistaken my laptop model is 2020
