Can't use VSR (Virtual Super Resolution)

Hello. I have recently bought a RX 6800 and I wanted to try some games in 4k so I enabled Virtual Super Resolution but I use 1080p display. No matter what I did I just couldn't make the higher resolution options to show up. 

I checked both in-game and in windows display settings. I have tried Cyberpunk 2077, League of Legends, CS:GO, Valorant, Baldur's Gate 3, Spider Man Miles Morales, Resident Evil 4 and Sekiro but there isn't any newer/higher resolutions available. 

I have tried DDU in safe mode then install drivers again, restarting the pc like crazy, and there was an update today that didn't work as well.

Any help is highly appriciated. Thanks

So no in game display resolution settings can be changed, only shows 1080p?

What make/model monitor & connection cable?
