Anyone help me, please?

REPRODUCIBILITY: Yes
REPRODUCTION STEPS:
Open AMD Software.
Select "Performance".
Select "Tuning".(Global tuning)
Select "Custom".
Enable "GPU Turning".(I didn't change any values. All Values are default)
Enable "Advanced Control".(I didn't change any values. All Values are default)
Click "Apply Changes".(I didn't change any values. All Values are default)
BSOD. The blue Screen says that it's AMDKMDAP.sys.
WHAT I TRIED:
Reinstalling AMD Software after using amdcleanuputility.exe.
PC: Homebuilt
CPU: Ryzen 5600 (stock)
VGA: Vega64 Air Reference (stock)
MEM: DDR4-3200 16GBx2 (stock)
SYSTEM DRIVE: NVMe SSD (256MB Gen3x4)
MONNITOR: FHD 24inch x2
OS: Windows 11 Pro 64bit 22H2
OS BUILD: 22621.2283
OS POWER MODE: Balance
AMD SOFTWARE: 23.9.1
AMD CHIPSET DRIVER: 5.08.02.027
IMPRESSIONS:
It's very strange that I get a BSOD just by pressing the apply button even though I haven't changed any values.
I don't know if it's related, but When I play Baldur's Gate 3, random freezing occurs a few times a day both DX11 and Vulkan. I kill the prosess everytime it happens. Driver timeout-ish?

This website gives some good troubleshooting tips on your AMD error: https://www.stellarinfo.com/blog/fix-amdkmdag-sys-bsod-error/
It is a Blue Screen of Death (BSoD) category error primarily caused by a corrupted, outdated or incompatible AMD graphic driver. However, sometimes damaged or missing system files, buggy gaming applications, or faulty hardware may also be responsible for this issue.
Due to this error, your system may experience issues like system freezing, screen flickering, boot-loop, frequent crashes, etc.
Try those steps and see if it fixes your issue.
To check your GPU and CPU and Motherboard hardware using a Stress testing program like OCCT to stress the GPU, CPU and PSU to see if it crashes during any of the tests and to check that Fans and PSU outputs are working correctly.
Here is the latest Vega64 AMD driver: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/radeon-rx-vega-series/radeon-rx-vega-series/radeon-rx-vega-6...
Here is the Previous Vega 64 AMD Driver: https://www.amd.com/en/support/previous-drivers/graphics/radeon-rx-vega-series/radeon-rx-vega-series...
Try disabling Window's MPO feature that causing issues with other Users. Here is how to disable it for troubleshooting purposes: https://gist.github.com/douglasparker/9439aa211c3f163e9390ba84db7f18bf
There is a well known issue where GPU drivers are crashing with multi-monitor setups due to an interaction with Windows MPO and both Nvidia and AMD GPUs.
Until this bug is fixed, the only solution is to disable MPO via the Windows Registry.
The author created a Registry file to do it automatically for you.
EDIT: If a troubleshooting step DOES NOT FIX your issue then reset it back to the way you had it before whether it be a settings or driver.

Thank you, elstaci.
I tried referring to the site you told me about, and the BSOD was resolved.
What I did was uninstall using DDU and roll back the old AMD software to 23.8.2.
I'm not a programmer so I can't say there are any bugs in 23.9.2. At least in my environment there was a problem. I hope this will be resolved in future versions.
Thank you again.
My heartfelt thanks to you.
I have been seeing some Users opening up threads concerning the latest AMD Driver that you had installed causing all types of PC crashes.
Same issue on new drivers including 23.9.2.
