Had to roll back to 22.2.3 to restore Blender HIP performance.  Please add to test suite for next driver update.

Using Blender.  No ProRender.

AMD ProRender seems to have a sub forum for Blender Discussion. You can try posting there, There is a thread concerning HIP: https://community.amd.com/t5/blender-discussions/bd-p/blender-discussions

6800 also affected.  Restored Blender HIP performance by rolling back to 22.2.3.
