I'm getting a Bad Image error a few seconds after Windows11 starts up. It seems to be blocking any game software to run on my GPU.
GPU: TUF-RX7900XTX-O24G-GAMING
Error Header: RadeonSoftware.exe - Bad Image
Error Text: C:\Program Files\AMD\CNext\Qt6Quick.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. (there is more about contacting the vendor, etc.)
I have tried the Windows Repair Toolkit but it fails on restart.
I can't open the AMD Adrenalin software to do any sort of rollback.
Windows Device manager says I have the most up to date drivers.
