My L4D2 used to play very well but now it's pretty bad, Freesync also has very bad performance, like it's not properly reading off borderless framerates now. I didn't have those issues on 22.5.1 before.

The new drivers didn't fix anything. It's also a problem on Windows 11. I made the switch thinking it would help but nothing changed.
