Hi, probably your audio device using AMD Audio CoProcessor driver is corrupted. But if the AMD Audio CoProcessor is making your audio device dysfunctional. Try removing every audio device first.
- Tap the Start button, then type "device manager."
- There, inside the Device Manager page, click “Sound, video, and game controllers” and expand that. All of your connected audio devices are visible to you.
- Next, select "Uninstall device" with a right-click on the audio device.
- Check this box now – Attempt to remove the driver for this device.
- After that, select "Uninstall" to remove the device driver from your computer.
- Exit Device Manager once all audio drivers have been removed.
- Give your computer a restart and your audio driver's default driver is loaded by Windows.
See if the problem still persists and if you are able to use the audio device without any issues.
