My new graphic card never worked, at the moment I claimed the substitution of it, because I tried all the solution online for face this issue, as clean drivers with DDU, reinstall it, disable the integrated graphic, disable MPO and hardware accelerator, fix registry of windows, downgrade the drivers ecc… but nothing solved. When I play to Rainbow six or Hogwarts legacy, the game crash and the error of timeout come out. My build is:
Cpu: AMD Ryazen 5 5600G
RAM: 16GB ballstix 3200Mhz
Storage: crucial p2 1tb
motherboard: b550m PRO-VDH wifi
Power supply: Crossair bronze 750W
OS: Windows 11
Without the graphic card everything work well, I’m able also to play hogwarts legacy also if there is a low frame rate, but never blocked or crashed, same for rainbow and other games. There is some other solution or could actually be a damaged graphic card?
