any idea how to fix this? "Display driver amduw23g stopped responding and has successfully recovered

hello I've been having this issue for a few months and never had it when i first made the pc its very frustrating to say at least is there any fix for this?

There's no date on your PCpartpicker list, when did you build the PC, and when did you start having issues?

Is it possible that a software update, operating system, driver, game, etc. is when the problem started?

few months ago around when the Destiney 2 dlc come out started having issues and cant remember when it was build tbh
