Steps Required to reproduce the issue : Normally turning on the computer and wait for 10 seconds.
My pc wont run anything after installing AMD Software : Adrenaline Edition. This happens only after I downloaded AMD Software : Adrenaline Edition through AMD website. If I reformat and reinstall windows, and not downloading the AMD Software Adrenaline Edition, this does not happen.
The only fix out of this after installing AMD Software : Adrenaline Edition is by immediately run AMD Software : Adrenaline Edition upon logged in to computer(it gives me time for about 4-5 seconds to do that). This is what happens if I didn't. Everything is glued so I had to hard restart the pc.
When I reformat and reinstall windows, and get driver updates only from windows update, this does not happen. However by doing so, I do not have access to AMD Adrenaline Software.
