When I go the the record and live section,everything appear fine except well,the thing it's supposed to record

it's called "Vcredist.bmp" and didnt found any way to change it to any of my window,it cant even just record my screen. And when I press the record button nothing happens

So any hints ?

To be honest I do not have much clear what exactly the error is.

What I can suggest to you is:

1. Remove all the driver of the AMD GPU with the AMD Cleanup Utility <-- Link to download it!
2. Do a new install of your AMD GPU driver with the autodetect provided here: AMD Drivers and Support | AMD

Once you do that, check if the issue persist, if yes use this: MultiPack Visual C++ Installer
