Amd ryzen master is prohibited from installation on this system

I try install amd ryzen Master for overclock My Athlon 3000g and this message appears "ryzen master is prohibited from installation on this system" 

I have a MSI b450m m2 pro max and Windows 11 pro whit 8gb ddr4
