It seems like you have tried a lot of troubleshooting steps for your issue with the AMD Ryzen 5 3400G GPU driver timeout and Direct X error. Here are a few more suggestions that you can try;
-Check your GPU temperature: Ensure that your GPU is not overheating, which could cause the GPU driver to crash. You can use software like MSI Afterburner to monitor the temperature of your GPU.
-Check for conflicts with other software: Some software, such as antivirus or overlay software, can conflict with the game and cause issues. Try disabling any non-essential software before launching the game.
-Perform a clean install of the GPU driver: Use software like Display Driver Uninstaller to completely uninstall the GPU driver and then reinstall the latest version from the AMD website.
-Check your system for malware: Some malware can cause issues with games and software. Use reliable antivirus software to scan your system for any potential malware.
-Check your system for errors: Use the Windows Event Viewer to check for any system errors or warnings that could be related to the issue.
Hope it helps!
