I have an amd ryzen 3 2200g processor and I use ubuntu 16.04 when I go to ubuntu the icon looks so big it looks like the driver has not been installed ... I tried to find the driver it was only available for Windows 10 only.
try AMD Drivers and Support for Radeon, Radeon Pro, FirePro, APU, CPU, Ryzen, desktops, laptops
its 18.30
You need at least kernel-4.15.xx.
Even better 4.18.xx
