When playing Rocket League with my RX6700XT there is not a single issue with the game, as long as i don't start streaming or recording.
I've even monitored the GPU usage, and it doesn't go above 80% while gaming (I have set the ingame framelimit to 120fps, for best compatibility with 1440p60 streaming (15 mbit).
Although my connection allows 100mbit upload, i regularly experience "disconnections" during streaming and every x time there are stutters, that only exist while streaming or recording.
I've already tried to disable enhanced sync and freesync premium, to no avail.
