AMD Relive doesn't record

I've been trying to solve this problem but nothing help. All my recording files have size a 40 kb. Screenshots are working good. Drivers are latest which can be.

GPU - r7 240
CPU -  r5 2600

Monitor 1440x900 75 Hz but only VGA
In radeon adrenaline there is no HDCP setting which i can turn on or turn off. Help please. Is the problem is in GPU or Monitor or something else?

Your R7-240 is supported by AMD Relive feature.
