I install the AMD radeon software (radeon-software-adrenalin-2020-20.2.2-minimalsetup-200304_web),  update the drivers, but it always come with the error below few days later. I have tried to stop windows updates as it says to at the link on the error but it does not help. Does anyone have any idea how to fix it?

When you have win11 it is the problem. Every bigger win 11 update reinstal radeon driver but does not uninstall old radeon software, you can reinstall driver by downloaded drivers or you can complete uninstall radeon software and drivers from AMD website

I always uninstall the readean software and install again, and it works, but it always happen again, normally between 2 or 3 days.

Also, I did not update to win 11 yet, I still have win10

The two most common problems are Win. overwrites non whql drivers, or you are using a Dev./IP build.

There are OS mods (or 3rd party apps.) that can stop it, you will have to search the web for suggested fixes.
