I have Clean Reinstalled All Drivers, All games that crashed all updates are accounted. I don't have any other ideas besides returning it and getting a different card. Nothing is overclocked and some of these games I  am running i was handling easy on my 14 year old PC with a busted nvidia card any ideas ?

AMD Radeon Graphics Processor (0x164E)

Windows 11

How is the card connected to the PSU and which PSU are you using?

had to fresh install everything so late response Corsair RM850e 850 Watt 80 Plus Gold ATX Fully Modular Power Supply its connected with 6 pin and 8 pin . Just reinstalled windows and all drivers still crash

Afaik it is a single rail PSU but are you using two cables or only one?

Did alot of digging CPU was causing a error replaced that now windows updates is overwriting my drivers causing same error

I really doubt it was the CPU.
