So I own an R9 390 series graphics card, yesterday I updated my pc and before the drivers were my graphics card all good and well and amd radeon RX Vega 11 for some reason (I don't have it in my pc and windows stops it because it detects a problem). When I updated, the drivers basically switched, rx vega 11 became the main one working, and my R9 380 was stopped by windows, the only solution I found was install the drivers over and over again, does anybody have a solution for this problem?

Your link, according to Firefox, is a "Potential Security Risk"
Might be a false report but I didn't want to take any chances since I am unfamiliar with your link.
All R9 300 series GPU Cards are not supported anymore with driver updates by AMD.
The last AMD Driver for your GPU card is from 06/2021: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-r9-series/amd-radeon-r9-300-series/amd-radeon-r9-...
Here is the "Release Notes" for the above AMD Driver plus showing what GPUs and APUs it is compatible with.
Yeah but the new one doesnt work...
