Many laptops have overclocking locked out, check with lenovo support/forum.

Ryzen 5 5600x, B550 aorus pro ac, Hyper 212 black, 2 x 16gb F4-3600c16dgtzn kit, Aorus gen4 1tb, Nitro+RX6900XT, RM850, Win.10 Pro., LC27G55T..

Is there no other way to overclock it ? I tried using MSI afterburner but it always go back to default settings when I click applymsi burner.png

You are using the Professional drivers which have overclocked disabled by default, you could try the consumer Adrenalin drivers instead. That said, if you are using a laptop then overclocking is usually not supported regardless. You can check with your OEM for more information.
