AMD Overlay Turning off

I've done a fresh install of Windows 10 and downloaded the most recent adrenaline build from the AMD website. When it comes to enabling the overlay toggle, as soon as a game is started, the overlay turns off. I've changed the AMD permissions on the C:/AMD to be my user and tried starting with administrator, but neither have worked.

Is there a way to force this to stay on? I don't want to have to go back to MSI AB but I will if there's no workaround or choice.

I would appreciate some guidance.

I  have had this issue during like 3 years.

Sometimes AMD Overlay works perfectly in-game.

Sometimes AMD Overlay won´t work in-game.

Sometimes AMD Overlay works some time and suddenly dissapears and ofc wont' work anymore.

 

I thought the problem was Steam Overlay but in some games AMD Overlay works 100% time along with Steam Overlay.

 

Kindf of BUGGY just as all AMD Drivers. 

Thats normal in AMD.
