Probably not, the latest preview driver still only supports 6/7000 series.

Looking into AMD FMF it specifically stated that it would support as far back as the 5700 XT. While it would be nice to see it on the 5600 XT, I could absolutely see it only being for the 5700 XT and higher tiers.

I think fluid frames is open source so eventually it will make its way into older cards. However, it may not work as well as on recent cards.

When FSR made its debut wasn't widely available, specially on Polaris cards but third party apps were available.

Its a matter of time.

I hope that Rx 5700 xt will soon be compatible with AFMF in dx 11&12.
However,in 2020 I paid €500 for the GPU, and I expect that the 6 & 7 series received it as a software gift of thanks to its loyal customers, and I hope
that there will be enough desire
to make it.
I don't think anything is difficult
solve through software,modules,registry keys.
I think that AMD will show everything it can do and keep its own
customers satisfied,
