While having a browser open
None of the amd functions work
metrics,AFMF,super resolution
just about anything
if i start a game with no browsers open it works as it should
as soon as i open a browser none of the amd settings apply anymore even if i close the browser my game needs a full reboot

If any 1 has a fix for this that would be awesome!
