I have Lenovo Ideapad Z575 laptop with A8-3500M with Radeon HD 6620G (integrated graphics) and HD 6650M (discrete graphics). Windows Update drivers give me “No AMD graphics driver installed, or the AMD driver is not functioning properly”, low resolution and error code 43 on both GPUs in device manager (I use Windows 10). When I try to install graphics driver from Lenovo’s official website it seems to work well but the error code 43 still occurs under HD 6650M GPU. I already contacted AMD Customer Support team and they gave me solution that includes driver installation from official AMD website. When I download Catalyst Software Suite it installs only HDMI driver, PCI bus, AMD report tool and AMD Catalyst Control Centre (as I remember) but not the graphics driver. I can’t even try the solution because it just won’t install the graphics driver itself. I’ve even turned off the internet, used AMD Cleanup Utility and Catalyst Software Suite again but it still doesn’t install the graphics driver.

Ther are no Win10 drivers for that product from AMD, only what is supplied by MS.

Windows 8.1 drivers also work on Windows 10, what a surprise! You’re talking nonsense, that doesn’t help me at all. The driver used to install well via Catalyst Software Suite before on Windows 10, but didn’t work (as well as on Windows 7)
