My recording with hevc 4k 60fps won't encode at 60fps but record on average at 59.70-59.98 . Also game is at constate 60fps or above it does the same thing when desktop recording. Also Don't matter if I'm using Adrenaline or Obs Studio .
It dosen't seem to matter whatever the bitrate I put. Also when I record at 4k30fps no problem and below 4k with 60fps no problems what so ever
Any clue to fix it ? My PC is only few week old . My confing is :
- AMD Ryzen 9 5950X 16-Core Processor 3.40 GHz
- 32 Go Ram 3600 Mhz
- RX 69000xt
