[Frogging]

All drivers are up to date, I had a good config with 2540MHz min, 2800MHz max. Unigine Superposition score of 13,572. 

I tweaked the voltage, and it dropped under half that score. So I set the voltage back to where it was, no change. Bench is now scoring 5,622. I even tried disabling ULPS, no change. All of this happened on version 24.1.1

Also, every time I run the bench, the frequency sliders go back to 2540min and 2800max. When the bench ends, the sliders show whatever I set it to last.
