In the driver 19.4.1 there was a problem with HDCP turned on and my VG270 monitor connected via HDMI, when the system has cold start in games, the picture flashed with a black screen (HDCP had to be turned off), apparently fixed it in the new adrenalin 19.5.1, but now at cold system start for 1 second there is now a black screen (HDCP off), this is a small problem but unpleasant, at 19.4.1 this was not, I hope AMD will fix it
