Adobe Bridge not able to use GPU. AMD RX 5500 driver not starting.

I'm trying to troubleshoot a problem where Adobe bridge says is can't use the GPU on the system.   I'm running the latest version of Windows 11 and the latest version of Adobe Bridge.

When I look in the Windows Device Manager at the properties for the Display Adaptor the status show 'Working Properly' but I look under Events the most recent item is "Device not Started".    The information looks like the following:

\VEN_1002&DEV_7340&SUBSYS_86DE103C&REV_C7\6&2735a9fb&0&00000009 had a problem starting.

Driver Name: oem35.inf
Class Guid: {4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}
Service: amdwddmg
Lower Filters:
Upper Filters:
Problem: 0x0
Problem Status: 0xC00000E5

The last time it did start was in March of '23 with oem26.inf.

I'm assuming that the this driver not starting is why Bridge doesn't see a GPU it can use.
Anyone know if that's the case?   If so what are next steps after loading 5 different versions of the drivers with the same result?

Hi, is your system new and it's the first time it happened?

Else, have you had the the issue after latest program installations? If so, try a fresh driver installation.

Use the link be low to download the DDU and cleanup the drivers as instructed on the page.

Also have the driver downloaded as well to install once it's cleaned up. Use the link below and select Graphics, the Model and Windows version. Download the listed last stable version.
