I just built a fresh computer with a brand new 7900 xt with a fresh install of windows 10. This is literally the 2nd thing I've tried to install. After I download the drivers package from AMD and when I install them I get "The procedure entry point GetAwarenessFromDpiAwarenessContext could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\AMD\AMD-Software-Installer-Bin64-AMDSoftwareinstaller.exe." It doesnt appear to be an issue with my computer, its an issue with installer not being able to find a file.
I see 2 other users in reddit have had the same problem. I dont have another working pc, so I cant go dig for the .dll file thats apparently missing.
The windows 10 copy is old, i bought it awhile ago, but I've updated windows 10 to current.
How do I fix this?
