[24.7.1, AFMF2 preview] [780M] HW Acceleration turns off in browser when making YouTube fullscreen

What the title says. It looks like a brief hang, apparently the driver times out or something. This didn't happen on 23.10.2. After the hang the chrome://gpu page shows this:

Apparently this only started happened on Vivaldi browser, all other browsers don't seem to have this problem.
