Tried installing 23.4.1 from 23.3.2 on 7900XTX. The machine suddenly reboots during the display driver installation and the system boot up will continuously fail until windows 11 triggers recover routine to roll back the driver changes. 23.3.2 installer can complete without any issue. This reboot issue can be stably reproduced on 23.4.1 but not 23.3.2 so there must be something wrong with this version's change compared to 23.3.2.
Also tried using DDU to fully remove GPU driver and install 23.4.1 from scratch, the issue still persists. So this doesn't seem to be related to non-clean installation issue
I am using x670e platform & 7700x without any memory overclocking. The system is windows11 22h2 (22621.1485).
